We invite you to take part in the III All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference with International Participation «MODERN APPROACHES TO IMPROVING THE SYSTEM OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS»

The conference is organized by FGBU SPbNIIFK in accordance with the Plan of scientific congresses and conferences of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation for 2026 and according to the Plan of joint scientific events for the exchange of experience in scientific-methodological and practical support of sports training of high-class athletes, sports reserve, as well as events in the field of anti-doping in sports for 2025–2026 between the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus.

Venue: Saint Petersburg, Chekhova str. 4, letter "A" (entrance through building 6)
Conference languages: Russian, English.

Practitioners, researchers, educators, coaches, sport psychologists, economists, managers, and other specialists from state, non-state institutions and international organisations specialising in physical culture and sports, sports pedagogy, sports economics and related fields are invited to participate in the Conference.

1. Sports training system: directions and development prospects.
2. Adaptive sports and adaptive physical culture: current state and prospects.
3. Mass physical culture as a factor in the formation of a healthy lifestyle.
4. Medico-biological and psychological-pedagogical aspects of physical culture and sports.
5. Professional education in the field of physical culture and sports.
6. Socio-economic processes and management in the sphere of physical culture and sports.
 
Participation in the conference is possible in the following formats: in-person, remote (online), absentee (publication of an article in the proceedings).

The number of reports is limited.

Within the framework of the Conference, master classes on the conference topics are planned.

Terms of participation in the Conference
To participate in the Conference, by October 02, 2026, you must:
1) Submit an application for participation in the Conference by filling out the form at the link: Registration
2) Send the text of the article and a report with the results of the originality check using the service www.antiplagiat.ru to the Organising Committee address: conference_niifk@spbniifk.ru 
In the subject line of the email and in the file name, indicate the surname of the first author and the title of the article (e.g., Ivanov Problems of the first level). No more than two articles are accepted from one author (co-author). The number of co-authors per article is no more than four. The originality of the text must be at least 70% (according to the Antiplagiat.ru service).
3) Pay the registration fee of 1500 RUB after the Organising Committee confirms the inclusion of your materials in the conference program. The registration fee includes the electronic version of the proceedings, the program, the participant's certificate, as well as (for in-person participants) coffee breaks on the days of the conference.
Payment method: non-cash – by postal (bank) transfer. Representatives of organisations with which cooperation agreements have been concluded, as well as employees and postgraduate students of FGBU SPbNIIFK, participate in the conference free of charge.
In case of a positive decision by the Organising Committee on the publication of the article in the proceedings, we ask you to send a copy of the payment document to confirm payment by email: conference_niifk@spbniifk.ru by October 15, 2026.
